Our Trips

Each year we travel to the state of Yucatan in Mexico. Our small groups of primarly licensed physical and occupational therapists are committed to working with local staff and patients in international settings. We work in a cooperative and collaborative relationships with state and local rehabilitation professionals and special education professionals to help meet individual needs.


Our volunteers are adaptable, flexible, willing to share their knowledge, education and skills and service oriented. We learn from each other and from all the patients, caregivers and professionals whom we meet.

“Traveling to the Yucatan for a service based trip with Alliance for Health and Rehabilitation was a life changing experience both personally and professionally.
